This important feature prevents twisting or suddenly lowering of the upper section during gutter cleaning and other uses. It also eliminates the operation of very difficult and hand-chaffing "twist-to-tighten" type poles that can easily slip down or rotate during use. This 6 ft. to 12 ft. pole will reach gutters about 15 ft. high. Finally, this outstanding extension pole has many other home uses in addition to GutterWhiz® gutter cleaning. Numerous attachments are available on-line to do common tasks such as painting, tree trimming, scrubbing siding, washing windows, changing high light bulbs and even for picking fruit.
