MUST-READ NOTES:
This is NOT a bi-directional adapter. It ONLY converts USB 3.0 to VGA, not the other way around.
Make sure your devices have USB3.0 port (USB3.0: 1920x1080 (1080p), USB2.0: 800x600)
Only use one adapter at a time. DOES NOT support 2 or more at the same time.
Driver must be installed. If your PC/laptop does not have CD-ROM or the disc is cracked, please download the driver from the links below. Please note that the driver in the CD may not be the latest version and we will update the download link when there is newest version.

Q&A
Q: Why does the resolution only limit down to 800x600?
A: Make sure the adapter is plugged into a USB 3.0 port directly on the motherboard and the driver is the latest version. If you are using a desktop, please use the rear USB 3.0 port. Do not use it on a hub.

Q: Why does the screen flicker?
A: Adjust the resolution to the recommended setting. If it is a laptop, use the power adapter for sufficient power supply. Only use one adapter at a time. You may also try to replace the VGA cable.

Q: Why does the driver cause a blue or black screen?
A: This happens because our driver crashes with other drivers. Enter safe mode and uninstall our driver. Our adapter is not compatible with your machine. You may contact us to return it if it is within 30 days of the receipt of the shipment.
