The 22" long cinch is ideal for securing pack panniers underneath the belly. Straps with double dees allow you to use the bottom rings on your pack or saddle panniers to add stability to your loads. Heavy 5/16" thick by 2-1/2" wide felt padding is sewn to 2" wide, 4-ply nylon webbing. Adjustable attachment straps are 1-1/2" wide x 37" long.
