Clear latex body imprinted with bright green glow in the dark pot leaves. Just a few short minutes of being exposed to a bright light source and they will glow with dazzling radiance for approximately 20-30 minutes. A few minutes of light exposure will quickly recharge them for endless fun! Each balloon is adorned with various sizes of pot leaves to set the mood and atmosphere. Use them for 420 celebration or any get together with like minded people. Please note some balloons may have light streaking of glow ink and some leaves that are meshing with other leaves. This is NORMAL as they are screen printed and sometimes end up at different angles when running high speed through the machine before the ink hits them. These balloons will glow constantly at peak brightness under a blacklight. Easily filled with air by mouth or pump is no problem. They can also be filled with helium.
