Response to Customers' High Concern:
From time to time, customers ask "Why can't I go to pairing mode when press and hold the middle button?" I would like to say: Please press and hold the middle button longer, about 5 seconds. Even you have heard "power on" voice prompt and blue LED lights on after holding for 3 seconds, that's not long enough. Do not let it go. After 2 more seconds you will hear "pairing" and you will see lights blink in red and blue. That's the pairing mode.
