When not exploring, give me a rest in a cool cupboard. Once opened, eat me up within 3 days. Little ones are ready to eat me when they: can crawl with their tummies off the floor; eat thicker, chunkier food purees; mash food with their jaws; grabs little foods between thumb and first fingers. Warning: I'm not suitable for children under 12 months/1 year old. When a child over 12 months/1 year is munching on me, make sure they're sitting down and are supervised by a gown-up to reduce the risk of choking.
