2,This suction cup is rotated to lock, please rotate the cap at least 3 turns till it get tighten.
3,The power of suction cup is depend on draining air out of the sucker cup,Will not adhere if the mounting surface is a curved surface, a painted wall, a wood plank, rustic and mosaic tiles, wallpaper. Marble, Onyx, Limestone and Travertine tiles are also porous and therefore not recommended
