Charging
While charging, the LED indicator will show a solid red light.

Low Battery
If the headset was in low battery, an announcement will be made once every 2 minutes.
If the battery is not charged, the headset will turn off.

Additional information: 1. In case, if the product does not vibrate on incoming calls, please check if the product is paired to the phone successfully and all the button are in normal condition. If it is still not working, try to reboot the headset. 2. For the headset to sync with other bluetooth device, please make sure that the bluetooth on other devices is on before pairing. It is better to reboot the headset. 3. Please make sure that the headset is within the working range for the bluetooth to stay connected during calls.
