This flocked OpticzTM It's 4:20 Somewhere Blacklight Poster just won't let you forget what time it is. The design really pops under blacklight and will put anyone in a most subdued mood. The soft velvet is an extra added touch to this black light poster. Black light posters add that bit of 'light' to make a blacklit room appear lighted. Measures approx. 23" by 35" Made in the USA
