The leash is 1" wide, made from tough, durable material and measures 38" (Standard) or 48" (Long), with a bungee that will stretch to 60" (Standard) or 75" (Long) and has a reflective stitching on it. It has cross-stitching at the clasp and loop handle. The handle has padding on the inside. The belt is 1" wide, adjustable from 23.5" to 44", it has padding on the inside, 2 steel D-rings and a quick release hard plastic buckle and cross-stitching at the buckle.
