N'Ice Caps TM girls soft sherpa lined micro fleece pilot hat and mitten set. Very soft and comfortable. Has velcro chin strap on hat, hanging tassel. Elastic on mitten wrist. Great fit. Several color options: Neon Pink, Dark Purple, Pink, Fuchsia, Turquoise, Light Purple, Pink/Multi Color Tye Dye Print Velboa. 4 sizes. One size fits 3-6 months, one size fits 6-18 months, one size fits 2-3yrs, one size fits 4-7yrs. For sizes 3-6 months and 6-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For larger sizes 2-3yrs and 4-7yrs, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
