then it became USB Type C to Standard USB A Male cable, can this change the Host & Target status?

but Normal Micro USB B male to USB-C cable data transfer only 480M bt/s?

Normal USB CABLE: Inner wire is 1x twisted Pair (28AWG for Signal)+2C for Power
GEN2 USB 3.1 CABLE: Inner wire is 1x Twisted Pair (28AWG for Signal)+2C for Power+2X Enhanced Shielded Twisted Pair for Signal. So the Data Transfer rate reach even over 10Gbt/s
