Posture corrector is a very effective and comfortable way to improve poor posture. It gently pulls the shoulders back and straightens spine curve to normal position. 
For best results please follow the instructions. 

Instructions. 
- for maximum comfort always wear it over a t-shirt; 
- raise both hands up and put shoulder straps on the way you put the backpack on (same "backpack" way to pull it off); 
- adjust straps' length if needed; 
- while wearing make sure the straps cover shoulder & arm joints; 
- [this is very important!] pull both ends of the waist belt all the way down to your thighs (so your arms are straight), then wrap them around the waist, and stick velcro near the belly button. 

General Recommendations. 
If you buy posture corrector for your child, make sure you give it a try on yourself first. Follow the instructions. Help your child to adjust the straps so corrector provides a fine pull for shoulders and spine. 
While doing activities - cleaning, cooking, playing - use it just with shoulder straps (and without waist belt).  For best results use it for 40-60 minutes twice a day. Highly recommended while doing long sittings, walks or standings - it significantly improves the posture and provides better blood circulation to the brain and throughout the whole body. 

Fits waist sizes 22"-28". Waist belt and shoulders straps are easily adjusted for perfect fit.
