The fan will come in a never opened factory packed box. The fan will fit roof openings 14x14 and will fit roofs up to 4-1/2" thick. If you have a thinner roof, all you have to do is cut down the interior garnish to the size you need. Three Speed; Reversible with Thermostat. Select speed (1-low, 2-medium or 3-high). Placing the IN/OUT switch in the center (neutral) position can turn off fan blade. This model has a built-in thermostat. The fan will operate at one of three preselected speeds when the thermostat calls for cooler air. Once the thermostat is satisfied, the fan shuts off automatically.
