The CRL Lever Handle is universal and is field reversible. The cam assembly will work with common industry narrow backset lock assemblies. A Heavy duty spring will return the lever automatically to full horizontal position. The escutcheon is 1-3/8 x 4 inches (35 x 102 millimeters), with a 1/4 inch (6 millimeter) square hardened spindle that interlocks in the cam plug (included).
