All of our knives come with a sheath. Final pieces (both the knife and sheath) may have variances from the pictures due to being hand made, natural materials, the time of day we make the knife, etc. This is the beauty of hand made knifes. Each knife takes many hours of hard work to produce..these are not machined knives ! You are getting both a piece of art as well as a functional knife ! Natural materials (wood, bone, etc) can shift over time due to temperature and humidity....so pieces that are not a machine fit are not defects, but rather part of the natural material characteristics. DKC Knives come well lubricated (typically in oil) and need to be wiped down with a soft microfiber cloth when you receive the knife. Knives include instructions for knife care.
