White Repair Kit is a complete repair solution for making repairs invisible to chips, nicks and deep scratches on marble and granite, tile, porcelain, quartz and more.
- LCA(TM) White is a nano-acrylic based and non-toxic. It is not epoxy and will not yellow like epoxy, nor does it have any odor. * Not suitable for hairline cracks.
Kit Contents:Â
- 3 different 1g syringes of white LCA(TM) repair material - Oyster white, pure white and grey white. These can be mixed together to achieve the perfect match for the damaged surface. The fourth syringe is a polishing paste.
- 1g syringe of polishing paste
- 1 micro applicator tip
- 1 plastic applicator tool
- a polishing cloth
- sandpaper sheets
- a mini LED light
- 1 curing strip.
There is sufficient repair material to complete approximately 10 small repairs.Â
The Repair Process is easy:
1. Clean the defect and surrounding area so it is free from dust and dirt.
2. Place the application tip on the syringe and select the LCA(TM)color that match best with the surface.
3. Apply the LCA(TM) to the damaged area and use the plastic applicator to mix the colors.
4. Mix the colors in small amounts until it closely matches the original floor color. Be sure to clean the applicator between colors.
5. Using the cloth, remove all the excess resin from the surrounding areas, leaving the material only in the repair. Place the curing strip on the repair patch and smooth out the LCA(TM) material through the curing strip using the plastic applicator tool until the LCA(TM) material is level with the surface.
6. Use the LED to cure approximately 5 minutes for small repairs or 5-10 minutes
