Rosmarinus officinalis Rosemary. Upright variety will grow to 3-4' x 3-4' in time, and makes a great hedge or mass planting. Flowers in summer. Excellent culinary herb. Will survive Zone 5 winters with some protection like loosely piled leaves. If grown in a pot and brought inside in the winter, it will survive nicely in a sunny location and a weekly misting to humidify its growing conditions. NOMENCLATURE NOTES: 'officinalis' (once used medicinally and available at apothecaries)
