Hot Cold Gel Packs are perfect for:
- Cold compress to treat fever, headache, migraine, puffy eyes, toothache, stings, minor burns, muscle sprain, postpartum, hemorrhoid, or nerve pain. Use as an ice pack wrap for coverage of small joints for tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, shin splints, tendonitis or fasciitis.
- Use as a heat pack to improve blood flow and relieve tension, knots, joint pain, stiffness, muscle cramps, or bruises.
- Place in freezer for ice pack. NOTE: Gel will freeze hard in subzero freezers (below -12F). Let it thaw for a few seconds to soften and apply as needed.
- Microwave safe for 30 seconds at a time for hot pack.
- Hot or Cold therapeutic treatment up to 20 minutes.
