Please use chest circumference (not age or weight) to determine the correct size. To measure baby's chest, use a soft tape measure around the widest part of baby's chest under the arms. Small fits chest 13.5" to 17" (34cm-43 cm-Newborn to between approximately 3-5 months). Large fits chest 16" to 20.5" (41-52 cm-age ranges from 2 months and up).
