How to Apply the Perfect Temporary Tattoo.
*Steps*
1.Cut out tattoo of choice and remove clear sheet.
2. Place tattoo face down on skin
3. Wet the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge.
4 Gently remove the backing paper after 20-30 seconds.
5. Firmly press a damp (but not soaking) cloth or sponge over the back of the tattoo. Hold it in that position for at least 60 seconds.
