This paper garland is double-sided and is made from heavy card stock and the circles are 2" in diameter. They have been machine stitched with transparent thread to give a true floating effect. Each end is finished with white ribbon that makes it easy to hang the garland. Or simply snip off the length you want and hang with thumb tacks or drape any way you'd like.
