Kofinas Basil Olive Oil is infused with real basil and made with our ultra premium extra virgin first cold pressed low acidity olive oil. The olives are hand picked at the perfect time and rushed to the press to ensure a low acidity and a superior flavor. Our infusions are made only with real basil. After 2 month of infusing, we remove all of the herbs so you get a clean oil with no gunk at the bottom. Ever since our grandparents planted their first olive trees nearly 60 years ago, we have been dedicated to producing only the purest and most flavorful extra virgin olive oil around. A clean and fruity taste without any harsh flavor. Use it for cooking to take the place of basil and olive oil. Superb!
