Hat size 6-18 months has velcro chin strap; Hat sizes 18-36 months and 3-6 years has tassel at bottom. Blanket stitch finish around face of hat. Great quality, designed in the USA. N'Ice Caps TM specialized design and construction. Color options: 1) teal/black/dark tan/charcoal grey, white Sherpa lining; 2) navy/royal/silver/red, white Sherpa lining. Sizes: one size fits 6-18 months, one size fits 18-36 months, one size fits 3-6 years. For size 6-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For sizes 18-36 months and 3-6 years, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
