1 The scale will turn off automatically 10 seconds if no touch, so after you set the serial No., gender, height and age you need step on the scale as soon as possible. If you stand on the scale after it turn off, it only shows weight and you need reset the data then it can show all the information.
2 Please take off your shoes and socks, keep your foot dry and clean,and your foot must touch with the below 2 silver electrode
3 For best results, the scale should be placed on an even hard surface when weighing.
