In creating our small family farm, we realized how good it feels to get back to the roots of how food is grown- understanding the soil, when to harvest and how food is best prepared. Our experience inspires us to make CLIF Nectar Cacao. We start with the finest chocolate regions in the world-Peru and Dominican Republic. Then we carefully blend our chocolate with organic walnuts - all to create a bar that is rich in flavor and pure to its roots. Enjoy.
