This corn meal pancake mix is made from premium non-GMO corn selected specifically for its flavor profile. The grain is slowly ground in a traditional stone mill so that it retains all of the natural oils found in the germ (heart of the corn). This Corn Meal Pancake Mix is a completely Gluten Free product. 79 Years ago James Graham started milling corn into grits and corn meal flour for his family and local customers. Today, the tradition has been passed on through James' grandson David and his 2 sons. Palmetto Farms continues to offer the same quality products that have been produced on our farm in Galivants Ferry, SC since the 1930s. Our products are naturally gluten free and produced in a wheat free facility.
