Getting your little one excited about safety on the bike is a lot easier when they have a helmet that actually makes them look cooler. Based on the adult Montaro helmet, Giro's Scamp Helmet is up to the job with safety features that moms and dads will like and eye-catching graphics worthy of little rippers. Giro adapts many of the features of its adult line for the Scamp, using the same In-Mold polycarbonate shell and EPS foam liner to protect against impact with the addition of ponytail-compatibility. Giro also scaled its signature fit adjustment system for smaller riders, with the Roc Loc Jr. fit system allowing for easy size adjustments as little ones grow. We can all remember getting our chin pinched at least once while rushing to don a helmet in our youth, and it makes us feel better to know that today's youth can now benefit from the Scamp's pinch-guard buckle at the chin.
