The Albizia Julibrissin. A native tree to China. Also known as a Mimosa or Silk Tree.
This fast growing tree includes delicate and fern like fronds covered in miniature leaves. These fronds produce an elegant feel to bonsai living sculptures. Since they are fast growing, the trunk and limbs of the plant thicken faster than other types of bonsai plants and sculpting them is thus easier.

Care:


    • Be sure to not over water this bonsai as it could lead to rotting of the roots
    • Give it plenty of sunlight for speedy growth
    • Keep your tree in temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit
    • Prune it every spring until it becomes the shape you desire
