Methyl-Life's product, Methylated Multi, is a Chocolate Raspberry chewable that holds many of the needed ingredients for methylation to occur optimally in the body. It's been specially formulated with methylfolate and methylcobalamin to promote glutathione, your body's strongest antioxidant, as well as serotonin, an important neurotransmitter. It also carries the energy-supporting B vitamins along with their co-factors, minerals, Vitamins A, D3, E and K-2, as well as a new ATP energy formula (NADH + CoQ10) and a more bioactive form of choline that crosses the blood brain barrier. The Methylated Multi may reduce homocysteine levels in the body.
