The R.I.S. Talvath is a Romulan science vessel. Under the command of Dr. Telek R Mor, the Talvath conducted a three year mission in the Alpha Quadrant. While in Sector 1385 ,he discovered a micro-wormhole and was contacted by the U.S.S. Voyager. After conducting a number of transports with a test cylinder through the wormhole, he himself was transported to the Voyager.
