Our bully sticks are hand-made on ranches in the USA. They will never be as uniform as bargain ones from big box stores, which usually not made in the USA. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so we offer a money back guarantee, but know that our sticks will not be perfect. Our bully sticks are organically made from Grass-Fed Cattle not treated with Growth Hormones, Steroids or Antibiotics. Our Bully Sticks are not odor-free, but they are low-odor relative to other normal bully sticks (not ones treated with bleach or formaldehyde.) To remove the odor without harsh chemicals is an expensive process.

As far as color, our bullys will range from tan to chocolate brown, pink and some almost black. Many have knots and wrinkles. Live tissue reacts this way when it is baked. They could be thick on one end and thin on the other and could have pockets of fat. These are not signs of an inferior product. Mass-producers make them perfect by adding fillers and dyes, then punching them out like hotdogs.
