Unable to use the apps in the watch ?
Pls insert a micro sd card first, then you can use some apps in the watch, but some require network, then you should also a micro insert sim card, then the watch works like an independent phone. Unable to power on / start up?
Press the power button for a minimum of 3 seconds. Please check if the battery runs out of power, if so please charge for several hours.
Unable to charge?
Pls remove the battery, then put it back, then charge the watch, pls check that there is a charging icon on the screen. Please check if the USB cable is connected good, if not please try again.
