I feel that if they can't include any exclusivity wording that our exposure is just to great. If they don't layer on multiple partners (or manufacture on their own) then putting in the wording shouldn't be an issue. Even how she said that they don't look to layer and she is not currently actively looking or plannon on adding eludes to the fact that she always could in the future. This offsets the $250k risk too much for me.
