Works for men's dress slacks, casual pants, khakis and even some skirts. Works with most hook-and-bar or hook-n-eye style pants fasteners. Not means for pants with buttons (look for pants button extenders instead).

Fits most common sizes but not necessarily all sizes as there are different sizes of hook and bar (or hook and clasp) fasteners. This fits the most common ones.
