Sow seeds indoors 10-12 weeks before the last frost. Fill a tray with sterile, pre-moistened, seed-starting mix. Scatter seeds over the surface. Press into the soil and cover with a very thin layer of fine soil mix. Light aids in germination. Place in warm (70 degrees F) location. Keep moist; not wet. After germination, move to a sunny place or grow under plants lights. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into small pots and continue to grow indoors. Transplant carefully so as not to disturb the roots.
