You cannot go wrong with Buddha Life's highest gram premium bath sponge. These work well with any shower gel or soap that will keep your skin glowing! They are a Full 5 inch in diameter. TIPS on Extending life of a Buddha Bath Sponge: -They will enlarge with use.  -They should last you 3-4 weeks.  -Hold UP to shower head or running water to Rinse out soap.  -NEVER SHAKE sponge, please squeeze between both hands to remove excess water. -Hang to dry!
