a.What should I do if the stone fall out,metal color wears off,returned finger green or received wrong item ?
Sometimes Jewelry exist defects in production process, if you meet these issues, pls send us image of defective item first,we can send you new one for free.

b.What should I do if the ring size not suit for me?
Jewelry always have size issue, if you have any size issue,pls do not in hurry to open a Claim or return request,just feel free to contact first,we'll solve your problem at the first time.
As it's not economical to return to China,we can resend you a new size with 3-9.8usd,or we can change another style with much better price.

1.Please avoid chemicals,cosmetics,wine,acid and alkali; 2.Don't expose your jewelry under strong sunlight or high temperature to avoid metal or stone color fade; 3.Please take it off when taking shower or washing hands; 4.Pls wipe your jewelry with clean soft cloth.
