A true Olympic bar at 28mm diameter(25mm for women's bar) for easy grip, and at 150k tensile strength with a 1000 lb rating, bending this bar will not be an issue for most lifters. Zinc coating has good rust resistance which makes it a low maintenance bar. Bar has medium depth knurling, which gives it plenty of knurl for your heavy lifts, but not a shark tooth knurl that rips up your hands for high rep CrossFit workouts.
