To update Firmware, Follow the below steps:

Step 1: With the Strikepack attached to your controller and the Strike Max program open on your Windows computer, press and hold both paddles while connecting the device to your computer with the supplied cable.
Step 2: Wait for the drivers / controller to be installed and detected.
Step 3: When the controller is displayed in the bottom left of the program you can then update the firmware.
Step 4: Go to the top left of the window and click on “Tools”
Step 5: Then click on Firmware update.
Step 6: Finally click on Web update.
Step 7: A new window will appear showing the current firmware version as well as the newest released version. Click okay and let the program install the new firmware.
Step 8: After the program says "it’s finished, click okay and the firmware update is finished. You can then unplug the controller from your computer and use it on your Xbox one console.
