Woad Supreme is the powdered root of Isatis tinctoria. Isatis has a history of use in China for more than 2,000 years. Many years ago Dr. Lebowitz made a powdered Istatis product 15 years ago. NOTES: Do not use if patient is on prescription blood thinners. Safety during breastfeeding and pregnancy has not been studied so you may want to avoid precribing it during these times.
