This is a brand new 1/16 DIN size (1.89x1.89" or 48 x 48 mm) temperature/process controller.
Common applications of this controller include controlling the temperature of beer brewing system, BBQ grill and smoker, espresso machine, heat treatment oven, glass kiln, aquarium, industrial equipment and laboratory equipment. The controller use advanced artificial intelligence enhanced PID algorithm that can handle system that is sluggish or difficult to control by the traditional PID controller. In most cases, the controller will hold the temperature within a reasonable range with the default PID parameters. The auto-tune feature will further improve control accuracy and stability to within one degree of accuracy. In most cases, there is no need for user to play the confusing PID parameters in order to get the system stabilized. This high precision, full featured industrial grade controller supports more than twenty different input devices that cover almost every possible application requirement. Two alarm outputs can be activated by more than 10 situations. All the control and setting parameters are stored in the non-volatile memory that will not be lost when powered off. We added an advanced cold junction compensation circuit to further reduce the temperature drift when thermocouple sensor is used. Thousands of these controllers have been sold for very board range of applications from medical device manufacturing to beer brewing. This unit has 12VDC output for controlling an external solid state relay or SSR.
