Please leave us a note if you have a special size request. Small - fits children and fine framed women with a wrist size of 5 - 6 inches, bracelet inside circumference of 6 inches. Medium - fits women and teenagers with a wrist size of 6 - 7 inches, bracelet inside circumference of 7 inches. Large - fits men and larger women with a wrist size of 7 - 8 inches, bracelet inside circumference of 8 inches. Extra Large fits the big guys with wrists from 8-9 inches, bracelet inside circumference of 9 inches. These traditional cotton bracelets will shrink to your wrist when they get wet.
