ASSEMBLY: To avoid accidents, please properly assemble the Dual Wheel Ab Roller before use.
1) Slide one foam handle all the way onto one end of the steel bar.
2) Place the steel bar through the two wheels.
3) Then slide the other foam handle onto the other side of the bar so that the ends of both handles touch and stabilize the wheels in the middle.
USE: Kneel on the knee pad with the ab roller in front of you. With one hand on each handle, slowly roll forward then backward, KEEPING YOUR BACK STRAIGHT.
Initially you may not be able to roll far, but you will with practice. Do not over-extend yourself.
