North Carolina Country Ham Cuts 1 - 12oz package, complete biscuit mix and red eye gravy mix. Sliced and ready for you to fry up some for breakfast. For a more aged, robust flavor, we age the hams longer. Our hams have won many awards including Country Ham Grand Champion 2013. To make it a special gift we have include our real Southern complete biscuit mix (All you add is water). To round out the package we have included our red eye gravy mix.
