1. Open up the heating pack vinyl first 2. Shake the heating pack for about 5~10 seconds 3. Then open and tear off the back sheet of the fomentation pad 4. Attach the heating pack on the back side (sticky part) of the fomentation pad 5. Place & attach on the underwear properly * The heating pack must be placed between the pad and underwear to avoid direct contact to the skin * Please refer to the pictures in the multiple views * This hot fomentation pad is not a sanitary napkin * Do not use while a long time sleep for low temperature burns prevention (2~3 hours recommended) * Store dry place in room temperature. Make sure to be sealed due to the nature of traditional herbs
