Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Check whether the batteries are installed correctly. Please press hard to lock the battery fastener in.
2. Check whether the sensor head is obscured.
3. Replace 4 D size fresh batteries.
4. The light will not be bright under strong light or in daytime even with switch on and batteries, once the ambient light around the unit reaches 10 lx(for example, during the day or when exposed to bright light), the light will not be activated movement, please open it in darkness.
5. Please kindly operate it at -20â„ƒ ~ 37â„ƒ.
6. Use only new alkaline STANDARD D-Cell batteries(Height: 59.0Â±0.5mm, Diameter:32.3Â±0.2mm) with 1.5V rating.
7. Do not mix old and new batteries. If batteries are not new, it may cause the light to malfunction.
8. Install batteries with polarity in correct position.
9. Check whether the switch is on, if you don't use it for a long time, please turn off the switch to extend the lifespan.
