Why Make it a Double? Hydracup is not for weight gainer or those who regularly take more than 2 scoops of any given post workout. It is for athletes & fitness enthusiasts who take pre or intra workout in combination with 1 _ 1.5 scoops of post, which is enough for most._If one or more of the following things apply to you then Hydracup is the right shaker for you. 1. Take 2 shaker cups to the gym._2. Feel the need to rush home to take your post workout._3. Run out to your car to mix up a protein shake after the gym._4. Have to rinse out your shaker & go to the water fountain when using a storage shaker (screw on bottom)._5. Take your pre workout at home and have got stuck in traffic or had to wait for a friend._6.
