A little goes a long way! LorAnn professional strength flavorings and essential oils are 3-4 tines stronger then typical alcohol-based extracts. These intense and exceptionally versatile flavors are all appropriate for the higher temperatures of hard candymaking. Most are appropriate for use in chocolates. They contain no sweeteners, are gluten-free and most are Kosher certified.
