Device has 4 water flow outlets. It fits on the overflow tube that diverts water from the toilet fill valve to the toilet bowl. Depending on the amount of water desired in the toilet bowl the device can divert one to four water flow outlets into the overflow tube. The remaining outlets flow into the toilet tank filling the tank faster. This turns the fill valve off in less time saving water.
